Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with full Complete access. No credit card is required to sign up. You can connect your data sources immediately and receive daily reports. When your trial ends, simply choose either Analytics ($9/mo) or Complete ($19/mo) to keep monitoring active.

How frequently does monitoring run?

Monitoring runs once per day via an automated daily schedule (at 13:00 UTC) and sends one consolidated email briefing per day. You can also run an on-demand audit anytime from your dashboard using "Check my website now".

How does anomaly detection work?

Detection is rule-based with configured noise floors to avoid alert fatigue. Sharflow requires at least 2 daily snapshots before comparisons begin. AI is used solely to summarize and explain findings into plain English hypotheses; possible causes are always presented as hypotheses for you to investigate.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation penalties. You can cancel recurring billing at any time by emailing hello@sharflow.online or through the buyer portal provided by our payment partner (Merchant of Record). Your access remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.
